Dealing with Depression through Meditation and Loving Acceptance

On this day, we will receive time-honored advice and encouragement from traditional sources. These teachings and meditations will reach directly into our hearts and offer a guiding hand. Through feeling accepted and fully supported, we can begin the journey towards a lighter, freer way of feeling.
According to tradition, it’s through our spiritual community that we truly free ourselves from isolation and depression. We will meet similar people who are making the same journey.
We will discover that we are not alone and that in fact we are surrounded by people who would love to share their lives with us. This will open the door to discovering true joy in life and finding your own personal purpose.
Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.
Each session builds upon the previous one. It is encouraged to attend all sessions.

1:30 – 2:30pm: Meditation
2:45 – 4:00pm: Teaching, Discussion, and Q & A
