Web Dropping Stress and Anxiety

In this day course, we will learn simple meditations to pacify anxiety and stress. We will also receive time-honored Buddhist advice, allowing us to create peaceful mental and physical environments in our life that we can take with us anywhere. This course will include discussion, meditation, teachings, and a special mantra transmission that helps pacify obstacles and create fearlessness.

11:00-12:00 Teaching
12:15-12:45 Meditation
12:45-2:00 Break
2:00-3:00 Teaching
3:15-4:00 Meditation

$30; $15 for members.

Each session will be different. Spend the day enjoying all four sessions, or drop by when you can.

Everyone is welcome. No meditation experience is necessary.
