Monday Mid-Day Meditation Class

Come and join us early in the week for some quick and useful Buddhist meditation and wisdom. In this class, we will focus on becoming peaceful now and increasing our wisdom that understands how to live a balanced life. You will leave this class refreshed and energized, feeling ready to face the week with a positive, happy mind.
