Thursday Evening Meditation Class
7:00 – 8:30pm
Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic.
This class is taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and no meditation experience is necessary.
