Part of human life is facing disappointment, difficult situations, illness, aging, and changing financial situations. How we deal with these difficult situations will determine the course of our relationships and lives in the future.
Pain tells us that something inside is out of balance, encouraging us to change our behavior and find a positive solution.
Through practicing meditation, creative thinking, and being with supportive friends, we can learn to view pain as a powerful spiritual guide encouraging us to follow a spiritual path to peace and balance.
