How to Have a Long Life and Die Happily
Saturday, November 18th
11:00am – 2:00pm
We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest most obvious truth of our existence. Yet very few of us have come to terms with this fact. On this inspiring day, we will receive help on how to have a happy and meaningful life that allows us to feel happy and satisfied as we approach our death. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive and spiritual experience leading to future happiness. This course will also include practical methods to extend our lifespan, given from traditional Buddhist sources.
Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin. Everyone is welcome.
