Learning to Enjoy the Holiday: A Short Course on the Practice of Acceptance

The holidays can be a special time of love and joy when we can reconnect with our family and friends. Sometimes, though, difficult minds can arise and it can become an uncomfortable affair. Buddha gave wonderful advice for truly learning to appreciate our relatives and close friends. In order to heal our relationships, Buddha taught a special practice called patient acceptance that allows our hearts to relax and other people to be themselves without judgment. In this short course, you will receive practical tools and simple meditations to make this year a truly happy holidays.

Cost: $20; $10 for members
