Overcoming the Fires of Anger: The Cooling Practice of Patience
Saturday, March 23rd
This day will consist of four guided meditation sessions designed to liberate the mind from anger and frustration, and replace it with calm, peace, and acceptance.
Meditation is a special method to calm the mind, allowing deep peace and contentment to arise. You will begin to experience yourself as someone free from anger and fully accepting of the world around you.
The day will conclude with a transmission of a simple daily meditation that you can do at any time to increase your patience and joyful acceptance of life.

Come in for one session or stay for all four.

3:00 – 4:00 pm
5:00 – 6:00pm
Cost: $10/session or $25/day
