On this day, we will enjoy guided meditations and advice for peaceful living. Buddha taught that living a balanced life depends upon a peaceful and wise mind. We will discover how meditation can directly improve our state of mind, making it spacious and joyful.  With this clear mind, we will understand how to make simple yet profound changes in life that lead to greater health and happiness.
