Refuge Retreat: Finding Freedom from Fear and Anxiety

During this week, we will emphasize the development of inner refuge and spiritual power that will protect us from the main problems facing humanity at the moment. We will emphasize becoming a sincere practitioner who has great inner strength to face all the challenges of life successfully.
These teachings will give us the positive outlook, necessary emotional strength, and healthy lifestyle guidance that will lead us along the spiritual path to lasting peace.
