Relax and Refresh Day Retreat

Happiness is closer than you think. Buddha explained that happiness is a calm, clear, and positive mind. On this day, we will be guided in meditation to swiftly and easily generate a happy mind. No experience is necessary. If you can breathe, you can be successful at this meditation!
We will have four guided sessions during this day. Everyone is welcome to join any of these at any time.
