Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class, we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. All are welcome afterwards for tea and conversation. Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and no meditation experience is necessary.

On this special evening, senior monk Gen Tenzin will share time-honored meditation techniques, engage in question and answer, and inspire you to achieve your highest potential in life.
