Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class, we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. All are welcome afterwards for tea and conversation.
Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and no meditation experience is necessary.

Gen Tenzin is a Buddhist monk of over 20 years and has taught Kadampa Buddhism extensively for over 21 years throughout the United States. As a senior Kadampa student and teacher, he is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
