Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class, we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. All are welcome afterwards for tea and conversation. Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and no meditation experience is necessary.

With our normal state of mind, we are not happy all the time. In this free talk, we will discover how to expand our mind and use it to create a free and beautiful life.
We will focus on understanding the mind and how to use it to create a meaningful and happy life right here and now in our lives in the city, regardless of external circumstances.
For thousands of years, Buddhist psychology has successfully helped countless people solve their daily problems and find inner peace.
