What to Expect at Class
After a brief introduction, there is a guided breathing meditation. Then, a brief teaching on Buddhist thought and practice will be given. Following the teaching, there is time for students to ask questions to clarify the meaning of the teaching and time for group discussion. Finally, there will be a concluding meditation to bring home the day’s teaching.
Everyone is welcome. No meditation experience is necessary.
