A World Gone Mad: A Buddhist Perspective on Chaos and Conflict
Livestream on Zoom
Saturday, July 11th
*Also Available On-Demand for 48-hours After the Event*
In these changing and turbulent times, we all face challenges and disruptions to our normal routines and relationships, which can lead us to feeling worry and insecurity. During this special half day course, we will experience the power of meditation to calm our mind and to create a positive outlook so we can face our daily challenges with self-confidence.
Buddha taught that our mind has the power to shape our reality. We will learn to make our mind happy as well as learn to calm ourselves when we feel upset. These meditations have been used for thousands of years and have helped many people find freedom from anxiety and worry.
Taught by Resident Teacher of KMC Philadelphia, Gen Tenzin.
This half-day course will also be available for 48-hours after the event.
Please register via the form below. No cost for TTP members and 50% discount for FP members. TTP and FP members can use their discount codes on the following payment page.
