Long Life Meditation Retreat

There’s nothing more precious to us than our life. Because we have a precious human life, we have the opportunity to experience both temporary and ultimate happiness. We need a long life. If we lose this life, we shall lose the opportunity to practice Dharma and attain liberation and enlightenment.
To overcome obstacles to long life and good health, we need to increase our lifespan and our wisdom. The principal method for doing this is the yoga of Buddha Amitayus.
10:30 – 11:30am
12:30 – 1:30pm
3:00 – 4:00pm
5:00 – 6:30pm – Offering to the Spiritual Guide with tsog
$10/session or $25 for all four sessions.
