Come join us for guided meditation by a senior Buddhist teacher, and experience the great joy that can be found through inner peace.
Each class includes guided meditation and spiritual advice from the ancient Buddhist tradition.

Taught by Resident Teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen Tenzin
Gen Tenzin is a Buddhist monk of over 20 years and has taught Kadampa Buddhism extensively for over 21 years throughout the United States. With nearly 30 years of meditation experience, he has a great depth of understanding of the teachings and how to apply them to everyday life. Having been an elementary school teacher, he shares teachings in an entertaining, approachable, and kind-hearted manner.
