Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic.

John is a senior KMC Philadelphia teacher and practitioner. Having been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 21 years, he is well-qualified to pass along modern Buddhism. He teaches Foundation Program, General Program classes, and day courses. In his professional life he works as a sound engineer and webmaster.
