Foundation Program on The New Eight Steps to Happiness
Taught every Wednesday from 6-8pm by Meditation Teacher, Jen DeSantis.
The purpose of the Foundation Program (FP) is to provide a systematic presentation of particular subjects of Mahayana Buddhism to enable practitioners to deepen their knowledge and experience of Buddhism.
This Foundation Program class is studying The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Students are welcome to join Foundation Program at anytime.
