Nobody likes to be in pain. Finding healthy ways to manage pain is key to feeling healthy and positive in our busy, modern lives. Through using meditation and positive thinking, we will be able to find positive ways to manage and ease physical and mental pain that otherwise require sometimes unhealthy responses. In this evening’s workshop, the presenter, Gen Tenzin, will explain the benefits of using meditation to manage pain.
