Meditation on Death
Saturday, October 31
*via Zoom livestream*
Guided by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin
Buddha said that the most important simple truth is that all things are impermanent. Through a deep understanding of this truth, we will learn to relax when things go wrong and not over-react to unexpected problems. Buddha taught that the most powerful method for simplifying our life and having energy for spiritual practice is to remember death every day. Happy Halloween!
