Service Description

Beginning a Daily Meditation Practice Meditation is a life skill that leads to inner peace and happiness. In this retreat we'll learn the nuts and bolts of cultivating a daily meditation practice including: how to prepare for meditation, what is meditation, sitting in the correct posture and guided meditations from Buddha's Lamrim (Stages of the Path to Enlightement) teachings to get you started on a new healthy meditation habit. SATURDAY 1/7 SCHEDULE Session 1: 10am - 11am, Session 2: 11:30am - 12:30pm, Lunch 12:30 - 1:30pm Session 3: 1:30pm - 2:30pm, Session 4: 3 - 4pm SUNDAY 1/8 SCHEDULE Session 1: 10:30am - 11:45am, Session 2: 12:30pm - 1:30pm, Lunch 1:30 - 2:30pm Session 3: 2:30pm - 3:30pm, Session 4: 4 - 5pm Everyone welcome.
