May 20, 2022, 7-8pm The term “mindfulness” is very in vogue, but do we know what it really means? Buddha taught mindfulness as a powerful tool for use both in and outside of meditation. Mindfulness keeps our feet on the path to greater concentration and greater happiness. In this lecture we’ll learn what mindfulness is, how to cultivate it, and how to apply it, both on and off the cushion to create a steady practice and a joyful life. Everyone is welcome.
