Service Description

Half-day Course Overcoming Stress & Anxiety Saturday, November 4th • 10:30am - 1:30pm • $20 with Resident Teacher, Sarah Frew These days almost everyone experiences stress and anxiety. In this half-day course, you’ll learn simple meditation techniques to reduce these difficult states of mind. We’ll explore the underlying causes of stress and anxiety, and learn new ways of thinking that will help us to respond to situations in a more positive and peaceful way. With these tools, our daily meditation practice can empower us to reduce and eventually overcome your stress and anxiety. We can mentally train to live without fear and enjoy life. If you wish to support your personal practice with continued study and meditation, this day course will be followed by a series of Tuesday Night Meditation classes beginning November 7th on Overcoming Stress & Anxiety. Everyone welcome. No experience necessary. SCHEDULE Session 1: 10:30am - 11:45am Break: 11:45am - 12:15pm Session 2: 12:15pm - 1:30pm
