Daily Morning Meditations

Weekday Mornings • 8 - 8:30am • $5 • Free for Members
Guided by Meditation Teachers at KMC PHL

Daily morning meditations offer an opportunity to be guided by experienced meditators in Buddha’s Lamrim (Stages of the Path to Enlightenment) teachings. Guided meditation is an excellent way to learn meditation and prepares students for personal practice. It is also a perfect way for experienced meditators to let go and relax into deeper levels of concentration. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.

Sunday Morning Meditation

City life can be stressful and challenging. By training in meditation we come to experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, difficult situations become easier to deal with, and our relationships with others gradually improve.
