“By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstance. Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time.”

“This fault I see is not the fault of the person but the fault of delusion, or his actions. Realizing this, may I never view others’ faults, but see all beings as supreme.”

– A Buddhist prayer, quoted in 'How to Transform Your Life'

Do you have anyone in your life who you find difficult? Does it sometimes feel impossible to work and live with them?  Learn techniques and meditations, taught by Buddha, on how to empower yourself with confidence in difficult situations. Sincerely cherish those most challenging, seeing past people’s weaknesses so that you can bring out the best in them. Basic Buddhist meditations will be introduced, as well as particular meditations and practices for cherishing others and training in loving kindness.
