CREATE MENTAL SPACE

“By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstance. Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time.”

Do you ever feel as if your mind is crammed full of thoughts you would rather not have or stuck in painful places when you would rather be somewhere else? Often, we feel trapped in painful thoughts and our mind seems to be limited and difficult to change. However, Buddha's teachings reveal that our mind is boundless. This is great news! By understanding our mind, we can quickly break free from bad mental habits and experience deeper and deeper levels of mental peace and joy.
