Following the book Modern Buddhism by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, these classes will show us how we can transform our lives, improve our relationships, and understand how things actually exist by developing and maintaining compassion and wisdom in our daily life. In this way we can solve all our daily problems and accomplish the real meaning of our human life.

 

Although presented in a series, each class is self-contained. Perfect for beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

Regular meditation practice is an important part of caring for ourselves and others. Come enjoy gentle guided meditations to calm your body and mind. Our experienced teacher will guide you as you learn to focus your mind. Then, gradually your distractions will subside and you’ll experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Your mind will feel lucid, spacious and refreshed!

Meditation is a powerful tool that leads to greater peace and happiness in your daily life, allowing you to handle anything that comes your way with clarity. Meditation also help us to be more present, patient and flexible with others.
