CURRENT SERIES: SUSTAINING A PRACTICE - Following Through on a Wish to Meditate

Having a daily meditation practice is very important to our inner peace and happiness.  In this series we'll explore ways to stay motivated and overcome common obstacles to practice.  You'll learn tools to nourish and encourage you in your meditation so that you keep the thread of peace running through your life.


Although presented in a series, each class is self-contained. Perfect for beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

Buddhas teachings are amazingly practical and fresh, even after 2500 years. We can apply them to every situation in our daily lives. From driving in traffic, to breakups, serious illness or loss, meditation helps us to navigate life with greater peace of mind, less stress and anxiety and with the clarity of mind to find creative solutions to our daily problems. In this class you will learn how to begin applying what you learn on the meditation cushion to your daily life.

Regular meditation practice is an important part of caring for ourselves and others. Come enjoy gentle guided meditations to calm your body and mind. Our experienced teacher will guide you as you learn to focus your mind. Then, gradually your distractions will subside and you’ll experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Your mind will feel lucid, spacious and refreshed!

Lunchtime Meditation

Take a little time for self-care on your lunch break!  Enjoy 30 minutes of guided meditation that will leave you feeling calm, peaceful and refreshed. Meditation is a powerful tool that leads to greater peace and happiness in your daily life, allowing you to handle anything that comes your way with clarity. Meditation also help us to be more present, patient and flexible with others.
