The Way Things Really Are: Teachings on Emptiness

In this series, Resident Teacher Sarah Frew will give practical teachings on Buddha's profound wisdom of emptiness.  An understanding of this wisdom has the power to free us from suffering and gives us the opportunity to benefit others in our life.  Emptiness has great meaning in Buddhism - it is the real nature of things.  Join in and experience for yourself the peace and relaxation that wisdom can bring to your daily life.

Love Without Pain

Love can give rise to great happiness but all too often it seems to lead to pain and suffering. This is because we fail to understand the difference between love and attachment. Love is the source of happiness whereas the pain and sorrow in our relationships arises from our attachment. In this series, Resident Teacher Sarah Frew explore different Buddhist techniques for healing our minds of attachment and anger.  You'll also learn new ways of thinking that will help you cultivate a mind of real love and compassion for others.

Guided Meditation

Regular meditation practice is an important part of caring for ourselves and others. Come enjoy gentle guided meditations to calm your body and mind. Our experienced teacher will guide you as you learn to focus your mind. Then, gradually your distractions will subside and you’ll experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Your mind will feel lucid, spacious and refreshed!
